Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness for all clients and allow adequate time to accommodate those on my waitlist, I kindly ask that all appointment changes follow the policy below. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice may have the original deposit transferred one time to the new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled rather than rescheduled. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to fit the remaining scheduled time or may be canceled, depending on the schedule. Appointments canceled due to arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. No-shows are considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
